At Ela by Aashima, each piece of jewellery is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. We request you to read our policy carefully before placing an order.
β No Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
π Exchange Policy
We only offer exchange in the following case:
If you receive a damaged or defective product
No exchange will be accepted for reasons such as personal preference, dislike of design, colour variation, or size issues.
πΉ Mandatory Video Proof (Very Important)
To be eligible for an exchange due to damage, you must send an unedited opening/unboxing video clearly showing:
The package being opened from start to finish
The damaged product
The order number
The invoice (if available)
π² Please send this video within 24 hours of delivery to our official WhatsApp number along with:
Order number
Registered name
Contact details
β οΈ Failure to share the video proof within the specified time or providing an incomplete/edited video will result in rejection of the exchange request.
β³ Exchange Process
Once the request is approved after verification, we will arrange an exchange for the same product (subject to availability).
If the same product is unavailable, an alternative product of equal value may be offered.
Exchange processing timelines may vary depending on product availability.
π« Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept exchanges if:
The video proof is missing or delayed
The product appears used, altered, or tampered with
The issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery
The damage occurred due to mishandling after delivery
